Reopening Guidelines

As we continue to provide excellence in eye care, and we slowly re-open our doors, we will continue to follow the CDC guidelines for safety as outlined bellow:

Patient will be asked for COVID-19 symptoms.

Temperature checks will be performed upon arrival.

Everybody must enter with a cloth or disposable face mask.

No Outside Gloves: Patients must remove own gloves and use hand sanitizer or wash their hands in the office. They can put them back on when they leave.

Appointments Only: In order to avoid crowded offices we are limiting our consultations and sales to appointments only (no walk-ins), and we are scheduling each appointment further apart.

No Guests: In order to maintain safety social distance, no guest  will be permitted to accompany patients, unless the patients need assistance (only one), patient will be able to call their loved ones from the exam room if they want them to participate in the discussion with doctor.

We will expedite your visit by calling you before for pertinent personal, insurance and health information. Please have your insurance card and medication list available when we call, along with the name and phone number of your Primary Care doctor and pharmacy. You can also request the patient form by email and complete it before arrival. You will not be permitted to complete paperwork in our lobby areas.

Shipping and Curbside Pick Up: We will continue to offer shipping and curbside pickup for all orders, and we kindly ask you to use it to help us practice social distance as much as we can.

We will continue to offer telemedicine appointments for red eyes, lid bumps, contact lens follow ups, and others in order to screen patients who do not need to come into the office.

Personal Protective Equipment PPE

Doctors and technicians with close contact with patients will be using PPE. The rest of the staff will be using mask at all time and washing hands regularly.

High touch surfaces will be disinfected morning and midday.

Equipment will be wiped down with alcohol in between each patient.

Doctors will not be sharing personal equipment (each doctor will carry their own equipment everyday to each office)

Technicians will remain at doorway to scribe to maintain social distance.

All staff will maintain social distance with the exception of the pre-testing, contact lens training and doctors who will be using PPE.

We look forward to SEEING you and serving you in a safe and caring environment in a professional and expeditious manner. If you have any question or concern, please call a member of our team
